Tender Preparation for the JORR Elevated Toll Road PPP Project

The Tender Preparation for the JORR Elevated Toll Road PPP Project was conducted to support the development of elevated toll road infrastructure in a densely developed urban area characterized by limited land availability, complex geotechnical conditions, and the need to integrate with existing infrastructure. The scope of work included geotechnical and structural evaluations, alignment and foundation analysis, development of the basic design, and technical studies to support the PPP project tender process. Key challenges included foundation stability in a dense urban environment, the effects of traffic and seismic loading, and construction constraints associated with complex existing utilities and infrastructure.
