Structural and Geotechnical Consultancy Services for the Ciliwung River Diversion to the East Flood Canal (KBT) Project

The Structural and Geotechnical Consultancy Services for the Ciliwung River Diversion to the East Flood Canal (KBT) Project were conducted to support the development of flood control infrastructure within an urban area characterized by soft soil conditions and complex river hydraulic systems. The scope of work included geotechnical and structural evaluation, soil and foundation stability analysis, design review of hydraulic structures and the diversion channel, and development of redesign and design optimization recommendations. Key challenges included structural stability in excavation and embankment areas, the influence of water flow and soft ground conditions, and the need to ensure infrastructure safety under operational and environmental loads.
