Soil Investigation for PT OKI Pulp & Paper Mills

The Soil Investigation for PT OKI Pulp & Paper Mills was conducted to obtain soil condition data and geotechnical parameters to support the development of industrial facilities and supporting infrastructure within the pulp and paper mill complex. The scope of work included field geotechnical investigations, soil boring and testing, soil sampling, and evaluation of soil stratigraphy and geotechnical parameters for the design of foundations and industrial structures. Key challenges included varying ground conditions across the industrial area, the need to accommodate foundation bearing capacity requirements for heavy industrial facilities, and the need for detailed geotechnical data to ensure the safety and stability of operational infrastructure. The technical approach involved systematic geotechnical investigation and testing, evaluation of soil characteristics and foundation bearing capacity, and development of geotechnical parameter recommendations to support the safe and reliable development of the industrial facilities.
