The Planning Consultancy Services for Leveling and Yard Rehabilitation at Block 4BF, Tanjung Priok 2 Domestic Terminal were conducted to support the capacity and reliability of the container terminal’s operational area, requiring yard surfaces and pavement capable of accommodating container handling and heavy equipment operations. The scope of work included topographic surveys, assessment of existing pavement conditions through coring and concrete laboratory testing, evaluation of pavement conditions and yard elevations, detailed pavement analysis, and development of leveling and yard rehabilitation designs. Key challenges included deteriorated existing pavement, surface deformation, heavy operational and container loads, and drainage requirements within the port area. The technical approach involved evaluating pavement rehabilitation measures, optimizing yard leveling and drainage designs, and developing pavement recommendations to improve stability, operational performance, and the service life of the container terminal area.
