Geotechnical and Structural Engineering Services for the Cikarang Data Center Project

The Cikarang Data Center Project was conducted to support the development of a data center facility requiring stable and reliable structural and foundation systems capable of accommodating high-capacity technology equipment and operational loads. The scope of work included geotechnical investigations, structural and foundation analysis, assessment of soil stability and deformation, and development of the Detailed Engineering Design (DED) for the data center building and supporting infrastructure. Key challenges included controlling ground settlement, ensuring foundation stability under static and dynamic loads, and maintaining structural reliability throughout long-term operations. The technical approach involved optimizing foundation and structural designs, evaluating soil response and loading conditions, and developing geotechnical recommendations to enhance the safety, stability, and long-term reliability of the data center facility.
