Detailed Engineering Design for the Mandalika Street Circuit

The Mandalika Street Circuit Project was conducted to support the development of an international-standard road racing circuit with challenging subgrade conditions and requirements for pavement stability, structural performance, and effective drainage systems capable of accommodating operational loads and international racing standards. The scope of work included geotechnical investigations, structural and pavement analysis, site drainage evaluation, and development of the Detailed Engineering Design (DED) for the circuit facilities and supporting infrastructure. Key challenges included controlling ground deformation, maintaining pavement stability under dynamic loading, and managing drainage performance in the coastal environment. The technical approach involved optimizing pavement and structural designs, evaluating ground stability, and developing drainage and geotechnical treatment systems to enhance the safety, durability, and operational reliability of the circuit facilities.
