Design Review for the Access Road to the Mosque and Logistics Pier Development – IKN Area

The Design Review for the Access Road to the Mosque and Logistics Pier Development in the IKN Area was conducted to ensure that the road and logistics access infrastructure met requirements for stability, safety, and efficient area operations within the Nusantara Capital City (IKN) development. The scope of work included soil investigation surveys, road geometric design evaluation, geotechnical and embankment stability analysis, logistics pier structural design review, and development of redesign and infrastructure optimization recommendations. Key challenges included varying subgrade conditions, embankment and slope stability, the need to maintain connectivity between logistics and public facilities, and the impact of high rainfall on the area drainage system. The technical approach involved evaluating geotechnical and road structural stability, optimizing drainage and embankment systems, and developing redesign and ground improvement recommendations to enhance the reliability and connectivity of the access infrastructure.
