Coal Logistics Route Infrastructure from North Musi Rawas Regency to the River Port on the Lalan River, Musi Banyuasin Regency

The Coal Logistics Route Infrastructure Project from North Musi Rawas Regency to the River Port on the Lalan River in Musi Banyuasin Regency was conducted to support the development of coal logistics infrastructure requiring a stable, safe, and reliable transportation route for long-term operational distribution. The scope of work included geotechnical investigation and road alignment analysis, assessment of hauling road embankment and pavement stability, development of port and supporting infrastructure designs, and evaluation of drainage systems and regional logistics connectivity. Key challenges included varying soil and topographic conditions, hauling road stability under heavy vehicle loads, and the integration of land-based transportation infrastructure with river port facilities. The technical approach involved evaluating geotechnical conditions and route stability, optimizing pavement and embankment designs, and developing logistics infrastructure recommendations to enhance the safety, capacity, and reliability of the coal distribution route.
