PT Promisco Sinergi Indonesia is an engineering consultancy providing engineering, field investigation, surveying, analysis, and technical advisory services across infrastructure, energy, industrial, and regional development sectors in Indonesia.
Promisco was officially established on October 8, 2012, pursuant to the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-57867. AH.01.01 of 2012. The company was founded by a team of experts with more than 20 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, supported by professional certifications as Senior (G-2) and Intermediate (G-1) Expert Personnel.

Our Journey

2014 - 2019
Growth Phase: Diversification & Strengthening Technical Capabilities
2014 - 2016
Promisco expanded its involvement in various strategic national infrastructure projects, including the Jakarta MRT, the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (Kayu Agung–Palembang–Betung), and airport developments such as Kulon Progo and Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA). During this period, the company continued to strengthen its geotechnical and seismic analysis capabilities to meet the increasingly complex demands of infrastructure projects.
2017 - 2019
The company significantly diversified its project portfolio across multiple sectors, including power generation (PLTU and PLTM), port development (Patimban and Kijing), and large-scale property development. Collaboration with leading state-owned construction companies, including Waskita Karya, Adhi Karya, Wijaya Karya, and PP, also expanded significantly. During this period, ground improvement technologies such as Deep Soil Mixing (DSM), Full Displacement Column (FDC), and Vacuum Preloading were increasingly implemented across various projects.
2020 - 2023
Maturity Phase: A Key Contributor to National Infrastructure Projects
2020 - 2021
Promisco further strengthened its role in major national infrastructure projects, including the Semarang–Demak Toll Road, Jakarta–Cikampek II South Toll Road, and various airport developments. The company was entrusted as a strategic partner in design, design review, and geotechnical and structural analysis services.
2022 - 2023
Promisco’s role continued to expand across major strategic projects, including the development of the Nusantara Capital City (IKN), strategic toll roads such as Serang–Panimbang and Sigli–Banda Aceh, and international-standard healthcare facilities such as Bali International Hospital. The company’s expertise as a design review specialist gained increasing recognition, supported by advanced numerical analysis, 3D FEM modeling, and liquefaction risk assessments across various infrastructure projects.
2024 - Present
Current Phase: Strengthening Our Position & Advancing Technological Innovation

Promisco continued to strengthen its position as a multi-sector engineering consultancy with an increasingly diverse portfolio spanning strategic infrastructure, the development of the Nusantara Capital City (IKN), toll roads, healthcare facilities, renewable energy, and coastal and marine infrastructure. The company also continued to advance the application of sophisticated engineering technologies, including 3D FEM numerical modeling, seismic analysis, and specialized geotechnical assessments to support complex projects. Promisco’s clients include state-owned enterprises, national private companies, and international organizations.

Promisco continues to contribute to various national strategic projects, including the development of the Patimban Access Toll Road and other major infrastructure projects.
